Protect Yourself: A Self Defense Workshop
This fun and informative evening is open to all women who want to learn how to protect themselves. Come in comfortable clothes and bring a partner.
You will have the opportunity to hear guest speaker Danielle Stemple give easy to remember common sense tips on preventing an assault, and learn from Matt Karam simple, physical self defense techniques to help you escape an assault.

A minimum $15.00 donation is requested. ALL donations go to benefit Compass, the county’s local not for profit rape crisis agency.
