Can I bring my children with me to my hair appointment?

At Renaissance we do welcome small children who have an appointment, however we do not have the facilities to care for your children during parents’ appointments.

To ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our other guests, as well as for safety reasons, we can not allow children under the age of 12 in our treatment rooms.

What is your cancellation policy?

If unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify the salon 24 hour in advance.

Is there sales tax on salon services?

All non-hair services are subject to sales tax.

Do your hair designers accept tips?

Our designers do accept tips at both of our locations

My regular designer is unavailable for an evening appointment this week. Can I see another designer this week?

Our entire team is available to our clients. Meeting your needs is our top priority.

I’m running 10 minutes late for may appointment, what should I do?

A priority of ours is to respect your busy schedules and be prompt in beginning your appointment on time. To make this commitment, we may find it necessary to reschedule some or all of your scheduled appointments should you arrive late. We will always do our best to complete all the services but without jeopardizing our commitment to our other clients.

I like to have my hair cut and styled when I get it colored, do I need to let the client care specialist know that when I call to schedule?

Yes, you need to tell us all of the services that you would like to have done. Our color and perm services do not include cutting or styling.
